Winchester House offers both self-catering and full-board accommodation for groups visiting the beautiful and versatile Isle of Wight.
Full Board Accommodation
The Main House is graded as 3* group accommodation and sleeps groups of 20 - 124 in a mixture of bunk-bedded and twin rooms.
The house is split into three wings which can be separated with secure, coded doors. Each wing is equipped with comfortable, private lounges and there are limited separate rooms available for classroom activities.
Full Board rates include breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner each day.
Self Catering Accommodation
The Lodge is a self-contained unit providing self catering accommodation for 10 - 24 people in 8 rooms. Facilities include;
- 2 leaders rooms with ensuite facilities
- 6 additional bedrooms with bunk beds
- Comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining area
- Games Room
It is also possible to stay full board in the Lodge, with meals being served in the Dining Room in the Main House.

Price is based on the date of arrival. Weeks will not be split. The price for the season on date of arrival applies for the whole week. Above prices include 2010 VAT rate of 17.5%.
Loyalty Discount Policy (High Season only)
5 - 9 visits in the last 12 years = 5% discount
10 or more visits in the last 12 years = 10% discount
