Accommodation
Between April and October we are also able to accommodate over 200 people in tent villages.
Indoor Accommodation
Heald House is a purpose built 3 storey block. It sleeps 30 people per floor in a combination of bunk bedded and twin rooms. Heald House boasts the following benefits;
- Newly refurbished for the 2009 season
- Ensuite leader rooms on the top and middle floors
- Secure entry to each floor
- Central briefing area on each floor
- Male and Female bathrooms
- Tea and coffee making facilities on each floor
Ben's House is a single story purpose built accommodation block designed specifically to meet the needs of groups of children and young people of all abilities and their leaders.
The new block has the following benefits;
- Brand new, purpose built building
- Sleeps up to 84 primarily in 4 bed dormitories
- 6 twin ensuite leader rooms
- Covered briefing areas
- Secure doors enabling areas to be sectioned off
- Disabled access throughout
- Tea and coffee making facilities
Camping
Between April and October our camping facilities can house up to 250 visitors. Camping groups can expect the following facilities;
- 6 - 8 man frame tents with wooden floors
- Camp beds for leaders
- Separate ‘tent villages' for each group
- Marquee with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge
- Use of camping toilets and showers
- Use of washing machines and drying room
Most groups choose to book accommodation as part of a residential activity programme but it is possible to book accommodation only. Please contact us to check availability.
