Development Training at Fairthorne Manor

A range of quality learning and development opportunities for teams and organisations are offered at Fairthorne Manor, delivered by our own experienced staff. Situated in 111 acres of mixed wood and grassland on the upper reaches of the River Hamble, Fairthorne Manor provides a stimulating environment for learning and an easily accessible location.

Fairthorne Manor is best known for its outdoor activities and practical team working tasks. Using our excellent facilities, four styles of Outdoor Programme are available for visiting groups. These are Active Team Days, Team Development, Competitive Challenges and Activity Days.

As well as these outdoor-focused learning events, we also specialise in writing bespoke Development and Change Programmes, which are written in conjunction with organisations to aid personal, interpersonal, team and business development.
