YMCA Counselling and Psychology Isle of Wight (YCP) is proud to run five vital services for children and young people living on the Isle of Wight, details of which are listed on the following pages:
- Children’s Bereavement Service
- Children’s Community Health Service (Continuing and Palliative Care)
- Tier 2 Counselling Service (mild to moderate mental health concerns)
- School Counselling
- Social Care Support
All of our counselling services are for those aged 0-18 years (or in some cases 0-19 with a disability) and are designed to support children, young people and their families with a range of mental health concerns or a need for support following medical diagnosis. Our services are provided by qualified and registered therapists who adhere to NHS national guidance and best practice.
Please visit the respective link for each counselling service listed above for further information and guidance on how to refer or to access our services. We are also launching a counselling service for adults from October 2014.
