Each year we run an Activity Staff Volunteering Programme based at our outdoor activity centre YMCA Fairthorne Manor, near Southampton. A large 111 acre site, we run activities year round for children of all ages and their families. Our programme is designed to help you learn the skills needed both in a technical and a pastoral level.

Our renowned YMCA centre has for years welcomed hundreds of people from across the world looking to be part of something special. If you would like to join us, please have a look at the information below to find out more.
