A well-established venue for school and community group holidays. Many of our customers return year after year. Winchester House offers comfortable, mostly bunk-bedded accommodation for up to 135 people in twin or group rooms.

Rates

Our tariff in the Main House is per person and includes bed, breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal except on Sunday when we provide a cooked lunch and a buffet dinner.

For weeks that span two seasons, prices will be charged as at the date of arrival for the whole week.

The above rates are inclusive of VAT.

For all bookings from 1 January 2008 a Loyalty Discount Policy will apply in High Season only:

5 - 9 visits in the last 12 years = 5% discount

10 or more visits in the last 12 years = 10% discount

Packed lunches for day of departure are £ 2.50 (£ 2.13 plus VAT).

A range of meeting rooms and a beautiful chapel are pre-bookable for use by residential groups, and non-residential day conferences.
