Fairthorne Manor

By Car

From Southampton direction Fairthorne Manor is just 10 minutes off the M27. Come off the motorway at Junction 7 and follow the signs for Hedge End and Botley. Go straight through Botley village square, and follow the road ahead for about 200 metres. Take the next turning on the right - this is the A3051 to Titchfield, and is also signposted for YMCA. Go past the Pinkmead Farm Shop, and about 150 metres further on, take the second driveway on the right.

From Portsmouth direction Come off the motorway at Junction 9 and take the A27 towards Segensworth. At the next roundabout turn right following the A27 towards Bursledon for ½ a mile. At Park Gate turn right on to the A3051 to Botley, which is signposted for YMCA. Continue for 2 miles passing through the villages of Swanwick, Burridge and Curbridge. After the Horse & Jockey pub on the left continue for ¾ of a mile. Just as the road dips down, the turning for the YMCA is on the left.

By Train

Fairthorne Manor is about half a mile from Botley station. Coming out of the station, turn right following the main road towards Botley, and then take the first left onto the A3051 to Titchfield, which is also signposted for YMCA. Go past the Pinkmead Farm Shop, and about 150 metres further on, take the first driveway on the right.

St Vincent Early Years Centre

St Vincent Early Years Centre is based within the campus of St Vincent College in Gosport. It’s just off the A32 Forton Road, the main road from Fort Brockhurst to Gosport town centre. Turn off Forton Road into Mill Lane and take the first turning on the right into the college car park. The Early Years Centre is the single story building straight ahead.

Directions to Winchester House

Winchester House is situated on the main A3055 Sandown to Shanklin road.

From Newport:
Take the A3056 Newport Road to Lake.
Turn right at the traffic lights onto the A3055 Sandown Road.
Go over the railway bridge, and Winchester House is just on the left hand side, with a cross on the roof.

From Sandown:
Take the A3055 Towards Lake and Shanklin.
At Lake, go over the skew railway bridge, and Winchester House is just on the left hand side, with a cross on the roof.

From Shanklin:
Take the main road through Shanklin towards Sandown.
Once you are on the cliff road, look out for a municipal car park on the right.
Winchester House is on the right, just after the car park.

Directions to YMCA Day Nursery, St Mary’s Hospital, Newport

YMCA Day Nursery is within the grounds of St Mary’s Hospital, which is situated in the outskirts of Newport on Parkhurst Road, the main road towards Cowes. On entering the hospital grounds, please park at a Visitor Pay & Display Car Park and follow the signs to the YMCA Day Nursery, which is situated in purpose built accommodation behind the main hospital building.
