On Site Activities
To help groups productively fill free time during their trip, there are a number of on site activities at Winchester House. These include:
- Giant sand pit
- Petanque pit
- Variety of giant games including Jenga and Connect 4
- Sports equipment available for all school groups to make the most of the grounds
- Beach equipment for the adjacent sands of Hope Bay
At certain times of the year, our qualified playworkers are available to lend an extra pair of hands for on site group activities and even to accompany groups on excursions (with prior arrangement).
The evening programme varies from week to week but can include themed parties, games nights, barbeques and discos. If you have any specific ideas, please let us know. Equally, if you would rather do your own thing, we're happy to give you your own space.
