There are a range of residential options for school and youth groups visiting Fairthorne Manor.
We have designed some set packages in order to offer the best possible value. However, if you have different ideas, please discuss your requirements with us and we can provide you with a tailor made quote.

Prices for 4 night residential packages start from £148 per person + VAT including activities, accommodation and all catering . Groups are entitled to one free leader place for every 12 children. Prices vary depending on the time of year and the activity programme selected. Please contact us for a quote.
*Water activities are only offered between April and October inclusive. Alternative activities will be offered outside of these dates.

Weekend Packages
For youth groups, weekends are the ideal time to visit. Packages include 2 nights accommodation and a choice of either 5 or 7 of the following activities.

Prices for weekend packages start from £64+VAT per person including activities, accommodation and catering .
Activity Session Times
All sessions run for 90 minutes apart from **45 minute sessions (2 must be selected together to make a 90 minute session).

- All staff undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure prior to commencing employment
- All instructors are fully trained in delivering activities
- We have all the relevant accreditations for the activities we deliver
- Full risk assessments have been carried out on all activities
