Become a Supporter

Become a Supporter of YMCA Fairthorne Group and you’ll have the assurance of knowing that every penny you give is benefiting a local charity which helps over 20,000 children and young people a year.

Choose YMCA Fairthorne Group as the charity that you support.

We’re positive about making a difference to children and young people and helping them on their journey through childhood and adolescence.

We aim to champion and add value to young lives, by providing experiences that challenge, enable and develop the individual.

New and challenging experiences

Every year we provide opportunities for thousands of children and young people in Hampshire and beyond to experience outdoor adventure activities and make new friends.

Supporting those with caring roles

Young carers from across the country come together for a unique festival for children and young people who care for relatives with disabilities or a range of debilitating conditions. The festival is a chance for young carers to have fun, to know that they’re not the only one and make new friends, and to campaign for more support from the government.

Having a say, and making a difference

Our youth projects offer young people somewhere to go to talk about what matters in their lives, discuss issues that matter in their communities, have their say about what would make a difference, and take part in fun activities too. There are also opportunities to get involved in volunteering.

Helping Families

Our After School Clubs, Playschemes and Day Nurseries provide safe places to play when parents are at work, and offer a wide range of fun and stimulating activities. Family programmes offer activities for parents and children together.

Every £1 plays a valuable role in supporting the work of YMCA Fairthorne Group and all the work that we do with children, young people and families. Donations of any size are important in enabling the organisation to work to develop and grow.

Your support is vital to ensure our work carries on. Please click here for our printable donations form or call us on 01489 785228.
