Nursery Nurse (ref 363) / YMCA Nursery, Fairthorne Manor / £13,000 – £15,000 per annum / 37.5 hours per week.

We at Fairthorne Manor Nursery in Botley are looking for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Nurses to join our dedicated, outstanding team. We are an energetic, passionate outdoor based nursery set in 111 acres of woodland and park land. We use the environment around us to inspire each individual child’s learning and development, incorporating the Forest school approach into the Early years Foundation stage to achieve this. Every activity we carry out encourages each individual’s child’s natural desire to explore and investigate within our environment, building and developing skills and talents and self confidence. Therefore, we are looking for people who enjoy the outdoors and will actively participate in inspiring children aged 4months to 5 years to become confident, caring and inspiring individuals, using the exciting environment around us to attain this.

The nursery is open from 7.30am-6pm, with staff working on a rota basis. Nursery Nurse (Zero Hours) (ref 380) / YMCA Nurseries and Pre-schools, Southampton area / £6.67 - £8.21 per hour

Do you enjoy inspiring young children to learn through play, being active and exciting in all you do? Do you want to want within an exciting and active environment? We are looking for people to join our nurseries/pre-school teams across the Southampton area (Weston, Newtown, Townhill, Woolston and Botley) in a supply capacity. You will have at least level 2 childcare/playwork qualification, experience in a childcare setting is essential and an understanding of children’s development would be desirable. Administrator (ref 387) / YMCA Counselling, Southampton / £12,480 – £13,260 per annum / 30 hours per week

We are looking for a fantastic Administrator who will help ensure that our Counselling service is run efficiently and diligently. This role provides daily administrative support for the Counselling team and for their Counselling training provision. You will be an experienced office administrator, Ideally a self-motived person who can work both independently and as part of a team. You will have past experience of handling customer payments, have clear communication skills both written and oral and be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills (both face to face and over the telephone). Essentially, you must be able to prioritise duties, have excellent attention to detail and be capable of maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere. You will have at least GCSE Maths and be PC literate, in particular with MS applications (word, excel & outlook).
