Easter Daycamps and Residential Camps

Our Easter Daycamps run from Monday 8th April – Friday 12th April & Monday 15th April – Thursday 18th April. Multi Activity, Water & Survival themed Camps.  All book by the day!

Our first Residential Camp of the year runs from Sunday 7th April – Friday 12th April. Multi Activity, Survival and Water Themed Camps. Suitable for children in school years 4 and upwards.  More information about our Residential camps can be found here.

Multi-Activity Camp

Our signature Daycamp offered every school holiday, for children in years R-11. Children can enjoy age appropriate adventures as we divide them into 4 separate age groups: Holiday Club (R-2), Activity
Club (Y3-6), Adventure Club (Y7-9) and Club 14-16 (Y10-11).

Kayaking

Water Camp

Offered during Easter, Whitsun and Summer holidays, children in years 4-9 make full use of our enclosed  lake and River Hamble access as they experience new adventures on and in the water. Activities can include kayaking, raft building, stand up paddleboarding and much more.

Survival Camp

Survival Camp

Offered during Easter, Whitsun and summer holidays for children going into years 4-9. Children will learn how to survive in the wild as they builds dens, light and cook over a fire, track animals and learn camouflage techniques.

Musical Theatre Camp

Offered on selected weeks during the summer for children going into school years 4-9. Children enjoy a week of performing arts as they learn and choreograph moves to put into practice for the end of week show!  This year’s theme is the Greatest Showman!

Creative Art Camp

Offered on Summer weeks 2 and 5, Creative Art Camp offers children a fantastic chance to create unique works of art, and craft items to treasure. Aimed at beginners but all are welcome.

Big Day & Packed Lunches

We’ll take care of the food and some extended play if you’re busy.  Big Day extends the fun from 7.45am-6.00pm including breakfast & tea, with the option to add a packed lunch too. Find out more below.

Bus transport – Summer only

Book your Summer bus travel before 29th April and pay just £15 per week. T&C’s apply, view here. During the main 4 weeks of the summer holiday, we offer private coach travel with Lucketts from 7 routes across the county.  YMCA staff are on board to ensure children are safely transported to and from the site each day.

Sleepover – Summer only

On Thursday nights during the Summer children in years 3-11 can enjoy a sleepover with new friends in our YMCA tents. Evening activities, dinner, breakfast & lunch the next day is all included.  Places are subject to availability.
